Ultron Prime at the end, it's never stated he used the vibranium on himself. Instead the core of the island was vibranium (as well as the metal in Vision)

I'm pretty sure it was stated he made his new body out of vibranium, Stark makes a comment about it when he confronts him.

Her power allows to alter reality. It's not far fetched that she could tear it apart.

Stark mentions the Vibranium and it's not indestructible. It cancels out all vibrations and it super versatile as Ultron states with the Frisbee comment. I think the closest thing to indestructible in Marvel is Adamantium, which Ultron does make a body out of but since MCU can't use it, that's why he made the Vibranium body.

Ultron would have coated himself with it without a doubt. He had enough to make the machine, bond the tissue in Vision, and then some. He took *all* of Klaw's supply.

Also, with regard to the Vibranium - it resists changes in vibration, which causes most forces to reflect because the momentum does not transfer into the metal. That does NOT mean it can't be torn or broken.
