There was a Dr. Doom version mixed in there and it looks awesome as fuck!
Is that a Dr Doom version? Or him just covering up when he's waiting to meet the twins?
Both? The covering up is paying homage to Doom.
Part of the reason they didn't use Loki is probably because Thor thinks Loki is dead already.
It's a dream sequence, it doesn't matter if he's dead.
We already know that(according to Joss) Marvel/Disney didn't want to "introduce" Loki so late in the film, though speaking for myself I have nfi what that means. How is Loki more in need of introduction than Heimdall? Or fucking Peggy from Cap's dream, for that matter. If you skipped the mini-series she had(which many did) she hasn't been seen looking young like that since Cap 1.
See, I'm personally glad they didn't try to just shoehorn Loki in. The Loki char in the MCU is so awesome that if I don't think i could handle a taste.
It's a dream sequence but it's meant to seem like a vision to Thor, which wouldn't work if the future has a dead guy in it.
It's a vision of everyone he cares about being in Hel, would be stranger for him to NOT see Loki there.
I'm with the peeps thinking he should have been included. If it's a dream and nothing concrete you could have used him. I think the plotkai would have been stronger had they used him versus Heim.
or you know, Thor would have not paid attention to a vision of the fucking Trickster god?
I think it would have been more of a dream or vision if Loki were there. It would increase the sense of urgency. "Wait why is my brother there... shit I must return to Asgard at once!"
