haven’t followed this that closely, and looking over the deal now. it seems it “could” be a trillion dollar package, but only if Tesla can raise its market cap to about $8 trillion. right now it stands at $1.1 trillion. also has to hit operational milestones like selling 20million vehicles and 10 million autodrive subscriptions

Elon's Super PAC sent out partially filled ballots to voters in Georgia for the 2024 election.

In October 2024, the Georgia secretary of state’s office launched an investigation after receiving numerous reports from residents across several counties saying they’d received partially prefilled absentee ballot applications from Musk’s America PAC, according to John Fervier, the State Elections Board’s chairman.

There was evidence to suggest America PAC had violated a state law that prohibits any person or entity, other than an authorized relative, to send an elector an absentee ballot application prefilled with the elector’s required information, according to Janice Johnston, the SEB’s vice chairman.

America PAC had also failed to display in a conspicuous location that this was not an official government publication, was not provided by the government, and was not a ballot, Johnston added.

Yeah it's entirely like most IPOs. They are gonna cash out as much as they can to take advantage of everyone buying in thinking this is the "next Telsa!" and then when it tanks as hard as crypto coin it won't matter to anyone with actual $$.

S&P Global has denied SpaceX IPO to be listed on it's markets.

To be on the S&P you have to at least show you are going to be profitable.

Musk wanted to raise $75 billion and was targeting a $1.75 trillion valuation. SpaceX lost 4.94 billion in 2025. He also wanted to give retail investors a bigger role in allocations to pushing for early index inclusion, and structuring governance to preserve strong founder ​control.
