Soooooooooo we're going to ignore the money he's given to democrats in the year since then?
and before?
burn him at the stake
whats 100k to elon musk? like 20 cents?
I think it's about an hour?
Also, if I was running a company that depends heavily on government sanction to get up and running and further Congressional/Senatorial approval to push forward, I would donate to both sides also.
its how the sausage is made
But no one else was in the room where it happened.
Seriously this. Isn't it common knowledge these days that big businesses freely donate to both sides all the time? I think there are a few exceptions of very zealous rich people that refuse to play that game but I would imagine any business or business person who was relatively centrist would donate to both sides as they seek to gain favor no matter who ends up where. Also how is Elon's businesses effected by the trade wars? If he feels things have moved in a positive direction for his businesses I imagine he would want to keep the status quo even if he disagreed with the current administration in other non business ways.
You don't get that rich by valuing your morals over your businesses.
As Day said. How the sausage is made.

Rolls-Royce to Design a Flying Taxi by 2030 that can Reach Speeds of 250 MPH for 500 Miles
The Engine is a Hybrid Electric with a Gas Turbine that will Power Six Electric Propulsors Designed for Low Noise

Uber & Google's Kitty Hawk are also designing flying taxis.
2 miles a gallon? and i thought trucks were bad. =p (yeah yeah i know it says hybrid electric but still, that energy has to come from somewhere, and it probably aint going to be solar.)
Where are you getting your numbers from?
Ah yes. That's the way the professionals do it.
well i mean there's a higher efficiency from power plants than a gas engine so that would increase MPG, but there's also wind resistance, weather, speeding up and slowing down, etc which would decrease it. I didn't mean to imply it was terribly accurate. still, i can't say i'm that impressed considering we need higher efficiency in our warming times, not more wasted energy.
So you just made shit up.
