The front crumple zone is interesting, cause in tesla sedans they're just an extra storage space that also breaks away real easy in a front swipe. You miss that here, but in exchange I'm sure you either get a larger bed or more interior space. I dont think that's a poor trade off, since ICE will push you face in if you hit a wall hard enough, and a door hit is a door hit no matter how many crumple zones you got.
