I mean, it was overwhelmingly one sided cause Ford ICE engines cant compare to some battery powered motors at that level. I'd love to see the tech Ford is putting out though, theres no reason to think Tesla will remain the leader in electric car tech forever.

It's more than that. They used an F-150 with one of the weakest engines. It was RWD. It had old worn tires on it. There's no slack in the line at the beginning. They let the Tesla pull first, so the F-150 was already rolling backwards when it first got power to the wheels.

I'm in the automotive industry. You can literally see all of that.

The only part that's questionable because I would literally have to open the hood is the engine, but every single detail on the truck points to the shit tier motor.

To go even further, the tires on the Tesla are EXTREMELY misleading.

They look like all terrains, which would give it less traction on pavement. But that's only the shoulder blocks. The middle of the tires are smooth like drag slicks, which give it maximum traction.

The F-150 has standard highway tires (Goodyear SR-As I think) that only have about 5-6 32s of tread left. New they would start at about 11.

Sadly I can. This is my realm of expertise.

You give me a year, make, and model and I can tell you the most likely factory size, OEM fitment, what the best tire is depending on what application you want them for, and what the approximate price is before taxes.

I can look at the tread only and tell you the exact model of damn near any tire.

Few weeks ago when I got a rental car as we were walking to it (about 20 feet away) I told him they had to replace the rear tires because the middle was down to 4 32s and the sides 3 32s. He just smiled and laughed nervously. He had a tread depth gauge with him. Put it on the tire and looked at me like I had 3 heads.
