The S looks like a mazda 6 ( pre facelift - the new one looks more like a kia stinger ). Completely insipid design. The 3 copied a lot from porsche design .

And as much as I want an EV I need the cabin space for 2 car seats comfortably. I have an outback which is arguably the largest sedan and I still want more, 99% of crossovers are too small too. In fact even small SUVs like the cx-9 still felt too small in the rear (middle) row.

There's not many EV options for me really. Basically a sedan with more legroom in the back than an outback, or a crossover with more than an escape/rogue/etc.

An EV Crew cab pickup I'd take. Those trucks are massive inside.

Got to peep one when I was still with Subaru. Wife and I were going to get a Tesla next, but we're leaning heavily towards the Solterra.

Should be a fantastic vehicle for large families or fams with stupid big animals (us).

My biggest reservation is that it's Subaru's first EV. I really rather wait a year or two after release so they can work out the kinks, but we'll probably need to upgrade before then.

They start at $40k if I'm not mistaken.
