it sounds like you have some strong attachments to some fairly unavailable fetishes, you may want to discuss this with your partner and perhaps aim to share and vocalize some of your desires. There's an excellent scene in the TV show called Girls where the main characters boyfriend is pleasing himself while she is in the apartment and she starts yelling at him (at first) upset that he would do that when a living breathing girl/woman is there in the apartment with him
her chastising ultimately arouses him and he goes with it. Their dirty talk in other episodes involves some pretty "out there" content (including fantasy underage roleplay), which she feels really uncomfortable about in early episodes, but has later come to find sex without it to be sorely unsatisfying
my point is that fetishes which may seem unattainable or even illegal can be shared with a partner, even if they don't vocalize back, but "participate" by at least being receptive enough to allow you to voice it, perhaps eventually even more
be careful going down this road though, because ideally the partner you would stay with would be open to these, and while this has strayed a bit from fapping/shlicking, the attachment to these fantasies (along with fapping) can lead to decreased pleasure with an actual partner
there's tons of literature on fetishes, I enjoy Dan Savage's outlook on them, although I believe he is strictly a columnist (syndicated via the Village Voice), but some people suggest that if you cannot fulfill your fetishes with a partner or share them in some way, then perhaps if they are not comfortable enough to engage in it, even passively, then perhaps you should be free to explore it outside of the relationship
stopping fapping/shlicking or accessing fetish porn does not mean shutting off a part of you that experiences arousal in regard to a specific fantasy/action (strictly speaking a fetish is something you can achieve satisfaction without the presence of it). The info at r/noFap, I recall, suggests moving away from these fantasy images if possible, and return to "natural" stimulation with a live partner
I think there is breathing room when it comes to fetishes, but the goal is to get away from self stimulation, especially out of boredom or anxiety, and the end goal being that you experience all your sexual activity with a live partner, be it your bf or elsewhere
I say all this because a close friend of mine suffered through not being able to engage in their fetish and I believe firmly in sexual expression, so good luck
