Man, I'm watching Phineas and Ferb while stoned. I'm not reading a god damn thing.
Actually that's the opposite of my problem. I rarely remember to eat. On a good day, I remember to eat maybe twice. I don't snack ever (we don't keep them in the house, though once a month I might go grab a 99c snack of Popcorners - yo those are the Jump. Off.) one of my meals is usually Cheerios with almond milk (no dairy). Certain people actually get really upset at me when I can't answer the question "when did you last eat?" fast enough. I walk a lot and I at least have to walk a good amount on class/etc days.
I rarely eat super fatty, sugary stuff. Rice and beans most often. Or soup of some kind. And like I said, Cheerios. I'm told I'm heavy because I don't eat often enough. And when I do it it's not usually a lot. I've been known to be full 3 bites in and not finish standard size cereal bowls. I drink about 4L of water a day usually. So eating too much too often isn't my problem, hell I usually don't even get the munches. That's a rarity, and I smoke a fair amount.

Is this copypaste or all you.
P good if it's all you
Actually that's a lie
Usually simply too busy to eat. I stay busy, but I guess my metabolism is low because of how rarely and sporadically I remember to eat. I'm also somewhat mobility impaired & for a while I was EXTREMELY OVERSTRESSED AND NERVOUS.
I have hip/knee/ankle arthritis, mildly, from years of tap dancing. Impact takes its toll after a while. Until recently it was hard for me to walk super long distances because of a nerve problem in my right thigh, and really bad joint stiffness (which we've since corrected with medication, but the nerve thing is still there.)
Essentially my leg switches from feeling like it has ice cold water on it, to feeling like it has a hot iron on it. That sensation makes it VERY difficult to walk when it gets particularly painful. It increases over time walked. So once we had friends here and walked from the Chinatown to central park... By like 50th my leg felt LITERALLY ON FIRE. I could not stand the pain and I couldn't put weight on my leg at all. I needed a cane but didn't own one & we weren't near a pharmacy so they had to carry me.
Within the last 2 yrs my life's gotten slightly more stressful and for a while my anxiety was uncontrolled so I was constantly just a nervous wreck... I'm told extreme stress can make you store fat I your belly in particular, so my gues is that is what happened there, because I'd never put weight on in my midsection before in my life. I'd say in the last 2 yrs is when that started, and it's not much really anymore.
You all seem very obsessed with my weight, but I've lost over 20 lbs in the last like month and a half. I feel just fine about me. I dont expect much to change outside the extra belly weight though. That's all thats come off so far. My gran is the same way though: meh to normal waist, fat butt, fat thighs, big boobs, and barely eats a thing. Only thing that's changed is my circumstances, I've always eaten the same way.
Idk man I know hulk kills goku but I think shiro could take hulk
Ya I guess the latest ill eat is like 2h before I go to sleep. Like I said, I've never been light: always the same shape, I just gained a belly for a couple yrs. It's halfway gone now. My friend Donovan says I should carry like, healthy grain bars around or something in my purse so I eat more often. I keep forgetting to do it.
Shit I think even when I tapped for 8 hours a day I weighed 155 minimum. I'm 5'7". Idk what that really means but most dudes thought I looked good. Me ever getting below 150 feels unhealthy to think about. I'm just not shaped that way.
How tall are you
Damn and you all give Paul shit about his weight? He's a bit over 6'3" and probably 220-230 right now, and that's actually super heavy for him lately. Not to mention his actual HEAD is fucking gigantic and probably weighs like 30 lbs and his legs are super muscular (thighs like as big as my head). His legs always stay really muscular because he's flat footed, so he doesn't ever touch the ground with his heels when he walks. He's belly weight too tbh.
