Tennessee will not get a big hire. They're going to have to deal with some D2 upstart (oddly, like Dooley) until they show that the program is in order and that they're not going to oust the coach before a full recruiting class is in. It's not a tainted program, but theres no stability for any established coach to come in and uproot his family for 2-3 years only to be shown the door.
