I live in the south. I hate the bullshit ESPN bias toward the SEC. When they have dominant teams, great. But what sucks is when you get a bunch of slightly-better-than-average teams and crown them all as another NFL division.

And yes, they should absolutely have Oregon, K-state, or another 1-loss team in the title game instead of 2x SEC. None of them have played each other, so how else do you possibly know what their rankings should be? Some just had their 1 loss earlier in the season so they could bounce back from it.

ESPN is also biased to the Dodgers, Yankees, Giants, Tebow, etc etc.

The SEC's won six straight. Whether they deserved them all or not, they still have. Maybe other conferences should step their game up, and ESPN can gobble their dicks up instead, yeah?

With the way rankings are right now, that's just how the system goes. At least we're getting a 4-team playoff in a couple years, but right now.. we're stuck with what we've got. Teams should win their games, or if you're losing.. lose before other people do. About all I can say. I'd have rather seen something like Bama/K-State or <SEC> Oregon, but alas. I wouldn't say "Fuck that SEC team, jump em so we get best ratings."

it's not the SEC we hate, it's the fanboys, which happens to include espn and a shitload of the media

I mean, 6 out of the top 9 with the best non-conference win being Michigan, and no others being even remotely close?

Not to mention the top 10 scoreboard in november showing

SEC vs Western Carolina
SEC vs Georgia Southern
SEC vs Jacksonville State
SEC vs Sam Houston State
SEC vs Wofford

And to give them their due, nobody else (well ND) has played jack shit in terms of meaningful non-conference games this year.

But nobody is suggesting any other conference should have 6 of the top 9.

Also, watched TDK rises and didn't realize Kstate got beat down til i read this thread. Shame Oregon lost too. Bama beating the hell out of Notre Dame (hopefully, don't really care to see two SEC teams) will be quite entertaining.
