Ever since the transfer I have had loads of trouble communicating payment with SE.
I have been paying for my account via PlaySpan/UltimateGameCard in the Account Management System with no problems until recently. I purchases several cards to fill up the crysta but when I enter the pin and enter it UltimatePay shows the card value but when I click "Confirm Payment" the payment is declined.
I have contacted playspan and they agree that the cards are good and ready to use but can find no way to communicate the transaction with my account with SE because I do not have an order ID or whatever. SE says that their should not be any problem unless the cards are not activated (which they are) or I'm incompetent and don't know how to do something I've done several times already.
Anyway, has anyone else had any issues with these cards?
