TRENTMary Kay Cabot, Plain Dealer: "With the team in shorts, shells and helmets, Richardson -- wearing a rubber sleeve on his knee - participated in individual drills and looked fluid and quick taking handoffs and running 35 yards to the end zone. He also looked completely healthy catching passes and running around with the ball. At one point during individual drills, coach Pat Shurmur pulled Richardson aside for a brief chat. Just before the media was ushered out 15 minutes into the session, Richardson lined up with the first team offense to take some reps. Montario Hardesty and Brandon Jackson also worked with the first unit."

Jaguars HC Mike Mularkey said he expects MJD to be Jacksonville's third-down back in opener vs. Minnesota.
.Colts receiver Austin Collie has been cleared to practice and is expected to play in Sunday's season opener at Chicago.
The announcement came a little more than two weeks after Collie was diagnosed with his third full-blown concussion in less than 22 months. Coach Chuck Pagano said the team put Collie through a battery of tests before allowing him back on the field Monday.
Austin collie is gonna die on the field.
he just might. hes taken some brutal hits the past 2 years
so last i heard (earlier today) was the forecast for wed. night is heavy storms in the NYC area =/

Week 1:
Dallas at NY Giants - The defending champs win again keeping the streak alive.
SUN, SEP 9
Indianapolis at Chicago - Cutler looks a lot better now that he can call audibles and actually has a receiver.
Philadelphia at Cleveland - Browns pull off an upset with decent rushing and passing. This will be a hot topic that doesn't last
New England at Tennessee - New England stats their easy schedule with an easy win.
Atlanta at Kansas City - Atlanta tries to become a passing team, but fails.
Jacksonville at Minnesota - I think AP will be a bit better than MJD and that is what will pull out the win.
Washington at New Orleans - The Superdome is not where you want to start your pro career unless you are in a Saints uniform.
Buffalo at NY Jets - Jets look awful.
St. Louis at Detroit - The only good thing about this game is seeing if the Madden Curse takes effect early.
Miami at Houston - Miami falls hard even though they didn't have much room to fall.
San Francisco at Green Bay - I think the 49ers are good, but not as good as everyone thinks they are.
Seattle at Arizona - Seattle looks very good in this division game.
Carolina at Tampa Bay - I think Cam may have a slump during his 2nd year. However this will be a close game.
Pittsburgh at Denver - Manning looks like the old Manning, and Manning face returns.
MON, SEP 10
Cincinnati at Baltimore - Ravens still a bit too good to be taken out by the x-mas connection.
San Diego at Oakland - Maybe an interesting game, but few will watch.
so many full retards not even picking the superbowl champs to make the playoffs
you guys are the worst
They are in a div which should be close...which they have not dominated record wise. Its not like they finished 5 more wins then 2nd place.. they were 1 loss by them and 1 win by dallas/philly out of 3rd.
The Giants were missing 5 starters on defense last year and still finished top 10 in every stat category. They bolstered their line, added play makers on offense and defense, and are completely healthy. They're literally the only team in the division with 0 question marks yet everyone is picking the Eagles and Cowboys to do exactly what they haven't done in the past 5 years.
How is this season any different
