There's plenty of Giants love on these boards pick wise, so hush. A lot of people just want to pick someone other than the defending champs and they lack options. Not many people are going to pick the Cowboys on these boards (think only 1 person has been brave enough to so far) and no one in their right mind would pick the Skins.

With the way the Giants season went after winning their last superbowl, I can see why picks are going the way they are.

Lots of people out there picking the Eagles to represent the NFC in the SB as well.

Football outsiders had them at 22nd in 2011, so I'm not sure where the "top 10 in every stat category" comes from.

My point was every team has injuries, especially late in the year. So there wasn't any reason to bring it up as a crutch.

And it's still pre-season...every team is "healthy," for the most part.

Your really do have to come to grips with the fact that the Giants just aren't a dominant team in the regular season.

I mean shit, I'd rather have my team go in as a wild card and win than be the greatest regular season team in history that can't finish.
