A Square Enix spokesperson told Polygon "Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms only. The poster ad in question erroneously indicated PC as a platform."

I thought it looked a little... clunky.. ish... I dono. I'd haveta try it out. It doesn't look like it flows nicely.

Those all look like predetermined animations... like: input button combination > watch attack animation while all other action pauses > resume

Either way, the game looks fun to play once you get used to the genre-switch.

Still boggles my mind how the most dull of the FF protagonists keeps getting more games. Only thing I'm looking forward to is the soundtrack. This series has produced some good music!

Whom I have a feeling, is somehow linked to Serah.

Her hairstyle color (strawberry blonde is the iconic look for the sisters after all) and overall similarity is a bit too close to not have some sort of connection.

Isn't Serah the first main character to die since Tidus? Who didn't really die and ended up coming back lol.
Yeah it's safe to assume she'll be involved somehow, but it is the end of the world so anything goes really... Remember that the entire cast from XIII is currently in that timeline as well (although they said nothing about Fang/Vanille who I assume are still in crystal form.)

If my guess is correct, lumina is serah reincarnated.. just as yeul is reborn again and again. Which probably happens because she has the eyes of etro. Given that lumina can control monsters it's not far fetched to say she is similar to serah in anything other than appearance

Wait. So is this only coming out on the ps3 and not the ps4? I'd have to buy a ps3 to play this, and then get a ps4 for KH3/14/15?
