The only DLC they'll release is costumes, it's all stuff you don't need to play the game. It's way better than releasing a bunch of battles through DLC honestly.

It's also less development work and way cheaper for them to make costumes/hair styles as DLC, they're not doing it because they felt bad locking Ultros behind a DLC paywall in XIII-2
