I'm buying a 3ds for this damn game. Still a little confused on the voice acting though, the new trailer seemed to have a lot of it during a trial. Is the entire game VA?

Sneaking in characters at the end there. Much hype.
Spoiler: show
PEARRRRRRRRLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYY
I'm really debating if I should buy the DS AA games since I haven't played them while I wait for this... wish there was a bundle or something because having to buy them separately sucks, shipping alone is almost the price of the game themselves.
http://www.siliconera.com/2013/07/24...pollo-justice/Capcom have announced their plans for Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies downloadable content in Japan, both free and paid. First up - costumes.
We reported these earlier, but here’s a recap: The three costumes above are Phoenix’s older suit from the original Ace Attorney games, a casual outfit for Apollo, and a schoolgirl outfit for Athena. These costumes will be free until August 15th. After that date, the costume pack will cost 150 yen.
Next up is dedution quiz DLC, set at the Wright Anything Agency office. The prologue to this will be ready and available in the game already, and will be unlocked upon completing the first case of Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies. The next three parts will be released on August 1st, August 8th and August 15th respectively, for 150 yen each.
Finally, the DLC that everyone was probably hoping for - a brand new case, titled “Special Chapter: Turnabout Return”. This will bridge the gap between Apollo Justice and Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies, and will depict Phoenix’s first case after regaining his badge to practice law once more. Unfortunately for Phoenix, his first case after getting his badge back is a classic Ace Attorney madcap moment—he’s hired by a trainer who dresses like a pirate to defend her orca against a murder charge in court. Capcom haven’t announced a release date or price for this chapter yet.
-_- we better get this shit.
Yuphttp://www.siliconera.com/2013/07/25...-for-the-west/Yesterday, Siliconera reported an upcoming round of DLC for Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies in Japan, including a brand new case for the game that bridges the gap with Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, and involves Phoenix’s first case after he gets his lawyer’s badge back.
Capcom announced this morning that the episode, titled “Turnabout Return,” will be released in the west as well, as will the DLC costumes for Phoenix, Apollo and Athena.
Capcom say they’ll announce further details regarding release date and pricing at a later date. Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies is scheduled for western release this fall.

But minus onehttp://www.siliconera.com/2013/07/27...d-in-the-west/Earlier in the week, Capcom announced that Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies’ DLC chapter, “Turnabout Return,” will be available in the west in addition to Japan, along with DLC costumes for Phoenix, Apollo and Athena.
When Capcom made the announcement, however, they neglected to mention the deduction quiz DLC that takes place in the offices of the Wright Anything Agency. This is because that particular piece of DLC will not be released in the west.
Over on Capcom-Unity, a Capcom representative confirmed, “Unfortunately, the quiz DLC won’t be coming to western territories since it requires an in-depth knowledge of Japanese culture.”

October 24http://www.capcom-unity.com/xantista...a-release-dateIt seems like Ace Attorney fans have been riding a wave of good news as of late. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies is headed to the US/EU at breakneck speed, the 3DS eShop will be receiving extended content and costumes, and it’s coming out at a lower than expected price ~ $29.99 / €24.99. But there was one last piece of the puzzle that needed to fall into place… and that piece is: October 24th
Yep, yep! Just one week or so before Halloween, players may once again don the badge of the acest of all attorneys, Phoenix Wright, taking to courtrooms and crime scenes in order to uncover clues, present evidence, and do battle with puzzling injustice..
Of course Phoenix will be joined by familiar cohorts like Apollo Justice, as well as the all-new associate attorney Athena Cykes, so let’s follow that fresh aroma to a character we haven’t officially revealed before...
We’ve also got come new screenshots today, many of which offer updated looks at Apollo, Athena and prosecutor Simon Blackquill in action. However, longtime fans might be more excited to see your first glimpse at Pearl Fey in Dual Destinies.
To recap, we present this evidence today: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies launches in the Nintendo 3DS eShop on October 24th and is priced at $29.99 / €24.99. You can catch up on the proceedings with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD right now on iOS, and we’ll be doing character recaps leading up ‘til then.
I can wait a month till black friday to snag some deals. It'll be hard...but I think I can do it.
The demo is up in the eshop.

No kidding man. I am super stoked for this. Been WAY too long since the last AA game, especially since we never got AAI2.
But right now my log consists of GTAV, Disgaea D2, Lego Marvel Super Heroes (awesome game), Deus Ex Human Revolution: DC, Pokemans, and then Batman on Friday. But I think this will take priority.
Woke up this morning and still no AA.i just wanted to play before work.
eShop updates around noon EST iirc.
It's in the eShop now.
