Wait until he actually needs to look up a place in the new Maps app... The places that show up are horribly outdated.

Edit: just a simple search of "food" or "restaurant" from where I live it's missing a bunch of places.

Yeah...my friend and I used it to find some Vietnamese Restaurant..went to the address listed and it was someone's house......

Oh, another thing annoying about the new Maps app: traffic. You now have to zoom way in to see local traffic info. I have a normal 25 minute commute that spans highway and local roads, and now I can't see the traffic overview zoomed out to see which route I should take. I have to zoom in and follow the path... which sucks horribly.

Ironically, I believe the Apple maps gets its data from TomTom. I'm just gonna use Google maps to look stuff up and Apple Maps to navigate me there. Until Apple gets their shit together, anyway.

It's the same devices that have the A4 chip exploit - iPhone 4, 3GS and the 4th gen iPod touch. Basically those devices will always be jailbreakable since the exploit is with the chip.
