Hiro and dimm regularly troll this forum. If you want something to be done about them though, you have to report them, otherwise the mods that actually do modding won't notice what they're doing.

I am the first to say that there is no "class of civilizations", 99% of the time things like this are just a manipulated populous and/or nationalism whipped up to justify the existence of a crappy government. I don't believe that Muslims are fundamentally violent or evil.

The problem I have with these current events is not only the level of ignorance that is being shown by some, but also the level of acceptance that is occurring with the general public in these countries.

Not being a grammar nazi gratuitously, I genuinely had to piece together what you meant.

That being out ot the way, you can't absolve the text from blame. If any inciting (not provocation, actual incitement) is happening, it's from the text that exhorts "those who believe" to "fight the unbelievers near you and show them how harsh you can be", for instance (9:123 if you want to check).
Of course the political context of the involved countries contributes to exarcerbate the issue, but the text is nonetheless an extremely violent one; and let's not forget that said political context relies on that very text for subsistence.
