Yeah I was stuck on that same part but as soon as I did the Villager Request from the elders son called "Ancient Mask" it unlocked the rest of the quests for me. Make sure you have the Ancient mask in your mask inventory. Maybe when you checked it you didn't actually pick it up. If its none of that make sure you don't have an Urgent you might have over looked.

This is my guess too. You need to make the Ancient Mask via Villager Request.

EDIT: Damn it, somehow my guild card list got wiped. Anyone have that happen? I need more now so that I can get free items from the Hunters for Hire! UGH.

If anyone is going to be on in an hour, just so I can get a guild card or two, let me know. I liked getting a few High Rank materials from annoying monsters like Jade Barroth or Baleful Giggi that way instead of farming them >.>

Can you equip it without pulling it off the statue in the cave on the farm? Just spitballing. If you've already got it out of the cave, I can't imagine why you wouldn't be able to progress with all other hunts done.

Hmm, you have the completed mask on? I forget if you get a busted version first, then have to 'fix' it, or if that is just the later mask.

This is what I did and it worked perfectly and opened up the rest of those star quests:

Note: To unlock the following quests, the delivery quest, Ancient Mask will need to be completed, by delivering the following items:
x2 Lagiacrus Scale - Hunt Lagiacrus
x1 Sharqskin - Weaken and harpoon Sharqs in area 11 of the Deserted Island
x4 Pelagicite Ore - Mine in areas 3, 5 & 6 of the Flooded Forest

After delivering the required items above, head to Moga Farm with Cha-Cha. Examine the statue behind the waterfall to obtain Cha-Cha's Ancient Mask.

EDIT: Yay! Soloed my Plessy to unlock HR3 Urgent Bracchy. Had a hell of a time soloing the offline one so not sure I can pull off the quest solo online. If anyone feels like doing that and then ANY HR4 stuff later let me know. I have to take my daughter to an eye specialist today, but will be around tonight.

Btw game finally gave me 3 more 5 star village quest

And what i did (as strange as it is) was buy herbs in the shop ... Did some farming and then i wanted to go online so hey what the heck lets buy herbs

Then BAM quest NPC light up
