I should be, but probably not too much later than that. Should be able to get in a couple hunts at worst before my mind starts to wane, though.

Get the Gunlance available from the Event "Streaking with Bullfangos" Doing the event itself should give you all the materials you need to build the lance provided you are skinning everything you kill during the quest. It is a great intro gunlance that you can upgrades to be useful all the way into G-Rank. The gunlance is called Barons Blazen, i believe.

I just started going for the offline completion. This is a pain in the butt though. I just finished all the Low rank quests and now I am starting up the high rank. Why does there have to be like 40000 quests to do. -_-

I do really need to hop online with you guys sometime though, still stuck at HR4 lol

20 hours into the game and I'm hooked. Will be picking up a WiiU in the near future. For now I will focus on soloing as much content as possible.

I might roll Gunlance for life. Such a fun weapon. SnS is hard to give up though.

All I need is to finish the rest of the 6 star quests in single player and I'll have access to Alatreon and then Hallowed Jhen Mohran. I am scared to death of Alatreon though. I only remember fighting him 5 or so times in Tri.

Before Alatreon, there's one more quest. Mark of the Heros, you'll fight Ivory Lagia and then Azure Rathalos and Brachydios at the same time after Ivory dies. All taking place in the Land Arena. If you can beat it by any means necessary, you'll have nothing to fear after!

Ivory Laggy doesnt worry me too much. And Azure Rathalos is a pushover. Brachy can throw a wrench into things though. I'm gonna bring traps for him.

i'm slowly loosing interest in this game, which is not good ...

Bound to happen, it is a grindy grind. I am at 170+ hours (ton of mining) and yet staring at a barely played Tomb Raider, a barely played Bioshock Infinite, a barely started Fire Emblem 3DS, an unplayed Luigi's Mansion, Crashmo and Pushmo, and an unopened Lego Undercover... and all I want to do is start working on a whole set of Bow armor.

=) It will happen eventually though.

Usually happens with MH. Just take a week off from it then kick back into it again.
