Alatreon was rough as well. Died twice and had no potions of any kind left and I managed to kill him in the last 10 minutes with only 2/3 full health. Cha cha cut his tail off while doing his crazy rage mode wearing the ultimate mask. I was impressed.

That gives me Awaken, Bombadier, Evade Distance+ and Marathon Runner. Runner isn't that necessary with a Kelbi since you are doing charge level 1 or 2, but whatever.

PS. Just got back from the movie, finished my Lagi, got a plate, transferring to Wii U and looking for ya'll.

I hate farming G. Ceadeus Fur =( Did two G.C. pugs and got 1 of the 8 I need =(

I am going to dinner with my ladies, but will be on tonight for sure if anyone is around. If not, I will be trudging through more Ceadeus pugs -.- They take about twice as long as the three of us did for some reason.

Back and got my Lagia Sapphire. Doing pug runs without you all is just painful.

Just got hopefully the last lagia sapphire I'll EVER need and just lack some goldbeard fur and some fearsome maws for my two kelbi bow sets I wanna make. Then I'll start worrying about the billion other sets I wanna make...

Yeah I barely catch you guys because my work schedule has me playing at like midnight to 4 am lol. Only the 2nd time I've gotten to play with someone from BG. Gunna work on this tonight and tomorrow, I'm in a similar boat, need some normal caedeus stuff, lagia sapphire and ... ugh, 5 earth dragon gems good god. See ya later this week dude, was fun.

Played around with my giggi x/kelbi bow set offline (one hunt so tiny sample size) and I gotta say...I'm a bit underwhelmed. Idk if I'm missing something or if I just expected way too much but it doesn't seem that powerful at all. I staggered stuff quite a bit though. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

It shines when there is more than one person using it. It shoots fast and hits a large area of the monster so you can potentially break multiple things. You end up staggering the monster over and over because explosions are rocking it so frequently.

Its not the beast that people make it out to be unless you have a team that is prepared to take advantage of its strengths. Bring traps, para coatings and whatever will keep a monster still and you will see its full potential.

That's kinda what I figured. Still a fun weapon though. Only thing I gained by messing around with it was a want to make like, every weapon in the game though, lol.

Yeah, we are going to be up to no good soon Wett. I hope to get the annoying offline stuff today that I need for my Helios X set (2 Sapphire, some White Cead Fur/Horns) and then I just need 1 G. Fur. You and Drai have your sets now, I think Samalis is close. It will be fun to just mess with Joe with a bunch of Kelbi's. We had such a rough time with him yesterday! I guess we got lucky with ours...

Another good thing about the Kelbi is that it has all coatings, which makes sleep tactics, paralyze, etc. fun with some coordination.

Or just rock that bow solo.

Yeah I think I get why I'm a bit underwhelmed now. Kinda didn't take into account how slime damage works, but I can see how the idea of 4x the SPLOSIONS would just totally fuck something's world up. At least I have a fun weapon to break out when we kill high rank shit for parts now, right? lol

Edit: Just got home from work. Gonna mine offline for a bit with a room open in case anyone wants to hunt. If not I'll work on offline stuff for a bit and see how close I can get to unlocking Mark of the Hero tonight.

Also edit: Off-TV support is live. Kinda cool but I can't see myself using it much. Maybe for some mining while on the can or something...

Edit edit: At the risk of sounding bloggy, unlocked Mark of the Hero. Gotta be more fresh for that cuz I made one attempt and got combo'd by i.lagi after my sword bounced off his face, lol. Full health to zero without me being able to react...I can tell this won't be easy.
