Agna Z (I never know if I mean U or Z) is pretty solid too, just terrible at fire, lightning and dragon... unless you have a shield. Loaded it up with artillery and used the last two slots to lower the constitution negatives to 9.
Going to pub some Brachs to finish this damn lance and move on to making another/learning bow proper.

Yeah I made that for lance when we got your set for you. I just...don't really have a good lance to use with it yet, lol.

Wetticus, here is an updated Bow Gun primer from the same guy that did the excellent Compendium for MHFU. I loved that one, this is more of the same with some relevant MH3U updates. Should cover a lot of what you may still not know, and more importantly have the ever helfpul case by case strategies for each Monster.

Good shit right here.

EDIT: Still 0/3 on the Long Fragments. Shit sucks.

Yeah I'm pretty disappointed too, mostly because the quest we ARE getting seem to suck ass in comparison. I just assumed those were the ones we were getting because they were the ones they let people DL at the event thing they had. Silly me.

Also, I read through that compendium yesterday at work. Fairly informative and I like the per monster strategies he does. Definitely gives me a better idea on what to shoot for when I finally bust out the gunner sets.

Yuck, lol. I should be on in a couple hours.

As an aside, it sucks but...I think I want full Selene X for my awaken hammer set, lol ._. HG Earplugs, Awaken, Partbreaker, and Sharpness+1 are fairly easy to get and I may be able to squeeze another skill in there. At least I already have the waist made...

Uggggggggggggh lol. At least that fight goes quickly. I was getting 7 min clear times with a random I was in the other day. I just...don't want to farm 5+ furs or w/e I need. Not to mention the offline mats and w/e else I need for the set...ugh.

Just lucked out and had all three ships pop the 4 star locations. Just checked the hauls after 6 days, and not a sinlge Long Fragment in sight.

I think it's like 5% for long fragments from that...really sucks too cuz the boots are pretty damn good. I totally lucked out on mine. FYI I'm home from work but I'm gonna take care of a few things before I can hunt. Got a game open and chillin' though.

The universe clearly does not want you to slay monsters. I'm doing Goldbeard with randoms...I'd almost rather be in traffic.

Had a great time doing arena quests and junk with you jerks yesterday. Hunting with people from BG makes me really hate randoms though, lol. Gonna have to random up Goldbeard though. There's no way I'd subject you guys to farming his ass more than necessary.

I'll be on tonight around 7 EST or so if you guys wanna wreck faces again.

I was going through hr 6 key quests with randoms and they were terrible and dying all the time but one ghetto "kid"(he was probably in his 20s) was constantly talking in the mic for the entire 3 hours or so, which became my source of amusement and kept me from ditching them. Every time he died he made a hilariously terrible excuse and i couldn't help but laugh. It was like sitting in traffic but with a hilarious talk show on the radio.
