    Happens all the time. You mean to tell me he dumped a 30 round clip and didn't hit one of the two cops one time?

    Famous one that's shown at our academy a lot. Guy gets chased and hits the first responding unit. Later, he's killed jumping out of his car pointing a spent gun at cops and they killed him. Had no bullets left.
