I don't know why I love it so much, but I do.
not funny. not an animation or something but this one is quite important.
certainly very honest in showing how that can go well.
I don't want to imagine if the father had no camera to begin with, how that psycho-women would have made a big scene.
Friend of mine is going through the same shit now. And it eats him up.
Not sure if posted, but not in the last 50 at least.
Yeah, I hadn't seen your post before the edit. I enjoyed that too.
EDIT: Ugh, she did it again once the cops showed up.
I went through almost the exact same situation. I definitely feel for the kid. In the end--on my side, anyway--my dad ended up being just as much of a loser as my/her mom described. But then again, that was preferable to batshit crazy mom.
On the plus side... the other kids are apparently reporting that their mom has been a LOT nicer since that went down. (I checked out the team parker FB page.)
It hasn't been long at all since that occurred so no clue how awesome/awful of a dad this guy's gonna be but I'm hopeful.
Best video ever.
Can't believe I watched that whole thing. Anyway..
I hate to burst you guys bubble but the son and dad are going to lose. Legally I mean. I won't discuss the semantics of court orders and all that but in the end it's going to come down to who is the better guardian in a judge's eyes. If the father has had alcohol problems in the past and is smoking weed that's not going to go over well for him in court to say the least.
Other thoughts:
I can tell you right now the mother is very controlling and manipulative. So don't think I'm on her side.
I hate when people call teenagers, "children" or "kids". When I was that age it drove me crazy. IMO when you turn 13 you cease to be a kid.
Meanwhile, your frontal lobe doesn't fully develop until 25. So cool story bro.
