Qiong-Ji is the only decent debuffer I know of that can actually take other cards on, sporting +20%agi buff and -20% agi debuff. With a phys+3 stone and its high atk+speed for a 4*, it's usually good to kill a couple cards if it doesn't come up against the faster 5*s.

Cards with debuffs in general aren't really a good idea unless they're specifically helping the card it's on, or you simply don't have enough cards to fill your deck. It's better to have buffers because they last from card to card, where debuffs only affect one card. There's a reason vamp/golem/heca/jorm/kraken are the better 4*s, they all have buffs.

Well, my problem with this game right now is that I'm currently stuck with my lineup. I have like seven 5* and 3 ace 4* cards. I'm farming GPs and feeders/slimes but who knows when I'm going to come across another 5*. With the current trade climate trading up is pretty much impossible.

And you see people cheating/duping and SE is not doing anything about it :\

There's people cheating/Duping on FFXI for the longest time and most don't get banned either, hehe. But yea I know what you mean, I have all 5*s now and I can now barely hold B+, I started stoning them now which allowed me to stay in the B+ range but it's getting tough.

It's getting tough to make B+ every week, but I'm still having fun playing with some friends of mine. Another thing to consider is that the pay wall is probably getting higher as time goes on. Hopefully between my friends and I we can muster enough ace max stoned 5 stars eventually to pull ahead.
