Really want to play a non-sword+board hero, but I almost always run one for my first playthrough a game like this. Also, I like to experience the sick heavy armor sets firsthand.

that bear had so much life man lol. took my party like two minutes to kill it, but was no danger at all. Kinda weird and strange that your horse goes poof into black magic when it gets attacked or stands around for like 10 seconds. I went with archer rogue, but i really want to try out duel wield rogue.
Also god damn this starting area is TOO fucking big.
Also. ran into the dragon, and very promptly got destroyed. The baby dragons ate me alive.

Yea I wasn't expecting that. I actually ran the bear back to the farm and tried to get the rams to fight it lol

Man does moving feel clunky in this game. I've played for over an hour now and I can't get used to it on PC. The fucking camera during fights is driving me insane. That first boss where you have to close the big breach and you need to target it to distort it made me want to punch the screen

I ended up settling on the Xbox One version because of early access coupled with my graphic card shitting the bed (AMD never again), guess I'm a little glad I'm playing that version right now.

Is it possible to redo my talents? if i wanted to swap between bow and dual daggers?
AND first my first glitch. and its game breaking...
Stuck in a story dialogue choice, and no choices appear on screen. Can still put up other menus but cant do anything on this menu as there is none.

I believe if you pull up the potion radial and dismiss it, you will un-soft-lock.

This did not work, was forced to reload my save, i pulled up my big map, the radial menu, the character menus, nothing seemed to fix it.
After playing bow rogue and dual dagger, I kinda like dual dagger better. bow has bigger numbers, but dual has faster attacks and distance closers.

I hit a bug last night where main character and Cassandra got locked in combat (so couldn't level up) , though Varric and Solas were fine. Save and reload fixed it though.

Other than the aforementioned pop up and clipping, I've seen a few more funny glitches. The soldiers sparring outside Haven are headless, and while talking to Varric in camp he will appear to be doing squats. Had a few audio glitches well with 2 lines of dialogue playing over each other. Had to turn on subtitles. Ugh. My fault for being a last-gen peasant, I guess.

Not much more difficult from what I've seen, just seems like basic number scaling since friendly fire is now just a menu toggle and not tied to difficulty level like in the older ones.

How's the pc version using an Xbox controller? Any better on the ui?

I once was in a talking menu with Cassandra and some archer slid along the ground really fast. Like if I had blinked I would have missed it. And then after the choice he was crouching on the cliff with another guard.

Seems like the PC version pretty much demands an Xbox controller, UI was not designed for mouse/keyboard at all.
