So, I'm only Lv9 and I already feel like I have all of the tools I'll need as a tank. Everything else, as far as spending ability points is concerned is going to be maximizing deeps.
Either way, I'm rollin' with myself as tank and two Rogues (I am a silly person and so since Sera kept talking about bows, I slapped Daggers in her hands) and Viv 'cause I love her being a bitch to everyone. So far, the only things I'm having major issue with on Nightmare are those Large Bears and Rifts that are several levels higher than me but I can already see this game is going to go the route of a Tales game where the hardest part is the beginning of the game.
Once I get my gear and DPS abilities set and ready to go, I can already see myself ripping the rest of the game apart.
Yup, too bad it breaks the multiplayer.
First game I started up on round 4 we got to the end only to have to backtrack to find some wolves that got stuck on some part of the map, on the final round of the same game the map didn't load for me so I got to have fun on a lone piece of land surrounded by the eternal empty abyss under the floor, I had to close the game on the victory screen since it wouldn't let me leave. Many other people are having issues with multiplayer now and Bioware is dead silent.Dragon Age™: Inquisition - Destruction Multiplayer Expansion
Dragon Age™: Inquisition - Destruction adds new paths to the Elven Ruins, Orlesian Chateau, and Tevinter Ruins. The conflicts raging throughout the world have upset the balance of nature: wild creatures now roam the battlefield, introducing chaos as they attack both friend and foe.
@Chari, yes bears are always a problem, the AI never wants to seem to use rolls to get out of their bigger attacks.
Alternatively against big hammer wielding enemies they'll do nothing but roll constantly from what I've seen, even if the attack isn't anywhere near them.
If you want to see Iron Bull be bitchified. Run him with Vivienne
Yes Ma'am
Sword and shield warrior can pretty much solo the entire game, albeit very slowly. My Blackwall could not die to anything unless I manually took control of him and fucked up with a missed shield block.
Finally got around to playing this online not too bad but have to go through a lot of derp players till you get some good people.
Sounds just like ME3 online :kappalq:
Except in ME3 you could carry a shit team without much difficulty, here it's significantly more difficult.
is difficulty a bad thing? i'd be more concerned about map variety.
No, I just meant it's a lot harder to carry three dimwits which can in turn make things more frustrating when you're bouncing around lobbies looking for people who don't suck. I didn't care about idiots in ME3 because they didn't matter.
I played the multi for a bit and ended up playing mass effect 3's multiplayer instead.
What I'm getting from this is that I shouldn't worry that I'm bad and do the DA:I multiplayer. I'm always fretting if I'll bring the team down because of how much I may end up sucking.
Nice, I'll have to hop on sometime.
XD I'll keep that in mind. I'll give it a go tonight. I've not even tried one game yet. Any videos or recommended things to view/read before I go into a multiplayer game?

Main thing I would say is that staying together and working as a team is key to success.
