This happens all the time. Defensive player has it against his chest with the receiver has his hands on the ball, both are rolled up.

Man I'm a Seattle fan and even I think that was horrible. While there were bad calls on both sides of the ball, Seattle's defense won that game if anything. 9 sacks on Rodgers and I don't recall Clay Matthews being mentioned other then flushing Wilson out of the pocket.
