Well, no not really.

They don't explicitly explain it, but here's a quick spoiler-free rundown for you if you're interested:
Ventus' heart is broken and crippled, so it can't join anything or anyone (as per the BBS ending). When Sora uses the keyblade on himself to free Kairi's heart, Sora's heart becomes the little heartless minion (who Kairi then turns back into Sora), but his original body is lost. Because the body retained Ventus' heart, being broken and all and unable to go anywhere, it became a "nobody" that took on the form of Ventus.

If you play the rest of the games now, especially 2, what I just said will make sense.

Domain is registered to a Sebastian Wolff. Looking at the credits page shows that he has an interest in video games and rearrangements. He also did a
Kingdom Hearts arrangement seven years ago that has gotten 5.5 million views.



Japanese domain registered to a German (based on his username on YouTube) with an account on Twitter in English doesn't lead me to believe that it is any sort of official project (especially not a game). A fan re-arrangement ala OCRemix would be my guess.
