Legion is about the only event I'd even consider that a valid argument, but then I'd counter that with my ability to cap haste and near cap pdt while being at 2400 hp I could out live and therefore out dps any other dd in legion as well. I recognize monks short commings, but I also see how much people over state them as well. I'd agree with the perfect math if we had robots playing our characters instead of humans that make mistakes and a resource drk isn't beating a monk on tp phase damage, offering monk a lot more slack to over tp, scratch their balls etc.
Mostly due to the widely misspread information that monks incapable of doing well in legion, and that the only way to do it is tossing school drks and sans at everything. You can act condescending all you want just being a relic dark doesn't make you gods gift to man, it's people over selling dark that's gonna get resolution nerfed just like it did to victory smite.... Ruinator doesn't seem to get an attack bonus in the BST spreadsheet (not that it matters with these buffs - Attack is capped).
I also get Glanzfaust coming in at 611.1 DPS with the same buffs with a free AM3. That's ~+6% DPS over Vereth, but it comes at the cost of maintaining AM3.

Wonder how it'd perform if you geared up for crit rate and fencer in TP phase with a single axe. Probably better but also not great.
Might not 2 DA axes be better than using empyrean?

Thanks Byrth. I didn't think it would be up to scratch but didn't think it would be as terrible as that! I thought the sheer strength of Ruinator would have carried it to a half decent result. I assume OAT Axe comes out with similar/worse results too.
Hey slycer, think you could ask a question on the JP side? I was wondering if automaton, avatars, and other peTs and wyverns are going to be affected by this change. Was there ever set DMG and delay parameters found for pets that may be adjusted as well, since main hands were based on lvl 75 weapons?
Would be nice if our puppets got a damage bonus.
Speaking of. I've been starting to wonder about how defensive our puppets are going to be in this new era of no level correction and Defense actually mattering. With the new changes coming it might actually be better to have Armor Plates be +Def instead of straight -PDT. We still haven't heard about our new attachments, so maybe Defense attachments?
