Also, no way H2H will get Double damage procs on both hands. Which is completely fair, since double damage can only proc on the first attack of an attack round for all relics. (At least this is the case for my Scythe)
Aftermaths from Empyreans can proc on every hit as far as I'm aware (I have no idea how Mythic AM works). PUP/MNK's can only proc on the right fist which effectively halves the proc rate for no reason. I don't see why they can't halve the actual proc rate and apply it to both fists to match every other Empyrean.

Because if you DW an Empyrean and something else you only get ODD on half your attacks, same as Mnk. If you want Mnk to have 40% ODD on both fists then someone with Kannagi/Kikokou should have 40% ODD on both Kanagi and Kikokou.

MNK doesn't get stat boosts from its left hand, nor can it put anything in its Sub slot.

I also said halve the proc rate, so 15/20/25.

Item level is the relative strength of the piece of gear in question. This refers to the average DMG or stat boost it provides. For example Neo Limbus, Neo Salvage and Neo Nyzul gear are level 99 item level, their stats are balanced for level 99. All this delve crap has better stats than the aforementiond gear, so even though it's equippable by level 99's, the level of the attributes and stats the delve gear and accessories give is something along the lines of what a level 115-120 player can equip. The Delve Boss weapons are like level 150 in terms of base damage. I wouldnt be surprised if when they release new skirmishes and new delves the gear will have like +50ATT +50ACC +12% Haste +17 STP etc...

It seems overpowered but if you take into account the strength of SOA NMs vs preexisting NMs, the SOA NMs are way stronger, like level 150-160 compared to Hall of Mul mobs which are 115-120.

Technically, MNK gets ODD on less than half of its attacks because the effect only happens once per attack round on the 2nd hit no matter how many attacks occur excluding kicks, of course. Other empyreans can have ODD occur on their multi-attacks.

And wait, if the AF and quests are going to be geared up for 99, does that mean a new level 99 JSE sword for Run? Hopefully it'll be like 180dmg or something so it's worth using over the Delve weapon.
I think the mythic GSW WS will be crit hit. Considering that GSW have no crit hit WSs whatsoever.

I am kind of disapointed that they arent adding relic and empy gear for GEO and RUN on the same update :/. But I guess doing all teh cutscene and quests for the AF quests took enough manpower away. Tough I think that empy and relic armor will get out on the one after this, since its just throwing in magian trials and lootpools in

This. MNK can get a double Thaumas Coat quad and 7 of the hits will be on the left fist (not ODD-able).

But jugs are basically just meat shields you transfer hate to with current content lol. So either new jugs will be so omfg awesome no reason to ever use old ones or they continue to be meh

Hoping for a sidegrade a best, tbh. I'm shocked they haven't taken Alternator down a few pegs. If it gets even better, I anticipate a nerf for both shortly after

I'm expecting the 20 jugs we can summon at 99 now will be obsoleted by 3 or so extremely lame SoA pets. One of which will surely be a grasshopper, and none of them thf type.

I'm still hoping for a peiste jug thou.

Probably. Shame since current ones do have some usefulness. I'd much rather just get an altenator for bst

Item levels seem to be used a lot lately as they also said in another post that later gear will be around item level 125.
It's the same setup as 'tiered' gear in modern MMOs once the level-cap is hit. Game turns into a series of 'levelling' up via gear by collecting collect one tier to better allow you to do content to obtain the next tier and so forth.
(eg. Salvage+1/Abyssea/VW to SoA gear, to augmented Delve gear, to future content gear)

Just in other MMOs, the differences in stats between tiers is pretty noticeable, such as the damage gap between 99REM and Delve being a standard thing in them. They also tend to spell out the tier/item-level on the equipment itself. Curious if they ever plan on doing the same to XI if they can squeeze it into their equipment dat layout somehow.

Sidegrade I can live with. What I'd really like to see is some specializations. Have Alternator be the catch-all animator, and one for MAB/MAcc/Cure Pot mage puppets, one with a bunch of haste and WSD% for DD, one for tank.

Besides that, I foresee there will be no Alternator nerfs. This puppet reich will last a thousand years.

They mentioned they're working on making the items display their content level and they'll show us an image when they get somewhere with it.
