    The Big Goal, would be either raising the cap on haste(magical) so you could use more acc/att/whatever gear(unlikely), or to allow most people to cap magicalhaste with just haste(2)+march(3), allowing you to use March/Min(s) rather than March March Min(s) - even better, Haste1+March3 or Haste2+March2, but the point is to get your 448/1024 with 2 spells instead of 3.

    The champion's march estimation has always been 128/1024 base. That would mean haste 2 would need to be 27.3% haste or more to cap out without marcato. With marcato champ and haste 1 you could cap with g horn.

    Since Sublimation is consider a DOT, they should make the spell immune to dispel!

    It may be "Jump" specifically. It's almost impossible to tell from the JP version.

    I changed my translation to basically exactly what it says ("For the duration of the effect, Jump will have no recast"). The problem is "Jump" could also be "Jumps" with literally no difference in the way it's written in JP, so.... I'd say wait for the official translation later, but I think more often than not they're just doing the translation themselves. Guess we'll find out. I guess one interesting application would be stun lock with Delphinius, lol.

    For the duration of the effect, "Jump" will have no recast.
    If this is vanilla Jump, it's not bad because Jump=Spirit Jump and 60 seconds of continuous Spirit Jumps could be amazing since it would basically be 60 seconds of Mighty Strikes that give us double TP per hit. If it applies to all Jump(I doubt it would because there's no reason to use Spirit Jump over Soul Jump ever, if there's 0 recast) then DRG just became an amazing zerg job. If it only applies to vanilla Jump and somehow using Spirit Jump during the SP2 affects the Jump Recast, then it's decent, could just use Jumps instead of regular melee, should get a bit more damage and TP more often by Jumping every 2 seconds than just meleeing(go go OAT Lance with Conte Cosciales/Conte Corazza!) I think Jumping every 2 seconds instead of meleeing should be better in almost all cases unless you're at the haste cap. The fun part part would be using JA0Wait and kiting something while spamming Jumps since you don't need to be facing the target to hit it with Jumps and Jumps have about a 10' range.
