I'm 99% sure the Evasion on Oat is incorrect and should be accuracy, but the translation is correct (it does say evasion at the moment). Also, I'm not sure why they would drop the pet acc/atk values on Kereh, so that might have been unintended as well.

Looks like they wanna take H2H dmg down a peg, overall h2h dmg for oatixur will be lower after this change, as well as lowering fSTR benefit some from the reduced weapon dmg.
Follow up post indicates that the test server value of Oatixur is under revision and will be updated to DMG+126 (currently 107 on test server). They mention that there will be other tweaks like this as they go through the balancing. I'm guessing that puts it back where it should be after you account for the skill.
These changes are getting me a bit hyped up for the next version update. Any changes to the forefront weapons?
I'm not seeing much for pld. I really hope we start to see some - physical with haste and acc.
Magic evasion is great but that is macro stuff. As for a raise in relic block rate, really dont know how I feel. It already has a major part for mobs that have normal magic dmg. I am close to getting mine to go side by side with the ochain. I feel my emp will juat be worthless like the rest lol. We have so many ways to keep the aegis close to 80+ percent block rate as it is with ja's and reprisal with max haste.

The magic evasion makes sense in the context that they want us to essentially be our item level. Magic evasion, like combat skill, is something that has always leveled up with us (I think we're all C rank in it?). Under that assumption, a theoretical level 120 PC would probably have 520 "magic evasion skill" (versus 373 at 99).
