Finally got fishing post up. Slew of changes discussed there. I don't fish, but they sound all for the better to me... I guess we probably can't comment all that much until we have something real to check out on the test server.
Curious about the new RDM 2hr. I'd be happy if it did exactly what it did before but in addition, made all enhancing spells AoE even non-accessionable ones like Haste/Temper/Enspell II's. Would also be boss if it increased potency of Stoneskin, added more Shadows to blink, made Regen II into Regen IV potency etc. Should also 1.5x duration the spell too, stacked with composure for a 3.5x potency bonus...although this might encroach on old-embrava territory (12+ min regen IV, 12 min hasteII etc..)
Also I'm pretty certain fealty blocks terror, at least it blocks Absolute Terror and Feral Howl from landing against a Fealty PLD in ballista. But they stated they want to extend WHM SP2 to block terror/doom/death, as it's already similar to an AoE fealty they said. If that's the case, it should already block terror, no?

Apparently Fealty doesn't block terror...hmmm gonna have fun against our Aegis/burtgang PLD/DNC with my BLU then next LS brenner.
Maybe they meant they would be similar after the upgrade with the extra debuff resistances? Idk really.
Unrelated but don't feel like making another post, there's an upcoming haiku contest on the JP side where they're giving out Nomad Caps which I don't think have been given out for a long time. Hopefully something similar comes over to NA side.

The fact that fealty doesn't to anything for aura/peiste type gaze effect is really annoying. That and it shouldn't be dispellable. Wtf is dispel? Enfeebling magic. Fealty: Grants a powerful resistance to enfeebling magic. -.-;
That thing about age in the fishing post... would be hilarious if the age of your character increased your chances of getting better fish or something

It still doesn't display 99 Terpsichore or 99 Twashtar.
It's not even displaying my 85 Twash, but I think it's because my character hasn't refreshed yet.
Does it display NNI/Legion/Meebl gear at least?

If anything it would be "age" based on a cumulative number of days fishing. That would be a very interesting dynamic, considering most people that are fishing right now only started a few weeks/months ago.

Doing translations now. MNK/COR/RDM/NIN SP abilities are totally new.
And totally useless. The old ones were actually more useful, except for COR.
MNK: Doubled HP, restored HP (60s). Pretty sure infinite counters is better.
RDM: Massive macc+ on enfeebling magic. Does not affect immunity. Can still be half-resisted.
NIN: Multiattack based on number of shadows. Attacks still cap at 8 per turn. Does not affect Weapon Skills. Not terrible or anything, but it really isn't going to save the job. (30s)
COR: Reduce SP recast based on roll. -50% on a 6 roll. Ehh...I dunno, the random-ness just makes it hard to strategize around it.
Man, fuck that monk 2 hour. Now you are looking at the only job in some zerg situations.
Someone tell SE RDM's previous one was better, even if it still needed to be more potent.
Rather, if they wanna stick to it being enfeebling related, make it a 60s Saboteur to all debuffs instead of basically elemental seal.
