I finally figured out SE's angle on this event. It seemed too good and too random to be true, but now I think I see what they're doing. Observe:
1) Next update (November) will let us unlock Empyrean WSs using 99 WoE weapons.
2) Each weapon requires 20 KC and 50 HKCs on the path to 99.
3) You just spent all your seals trying to make a buck.

Uncommon drops in that slot for HKCs so far:

• Agnostic Ambuscade: Mog Bonanza Kupon A
• Taurassic Park: simulacrum segments (garbage like Cirdas III no less)
• The Mobline Comedy: alexandrite x1; confirmed 100
• Nest of Nightmares: NQ and HQ hexed gear (out of 50 possible pieces if you get the one you want you are lucky as shit)

Seems like these are unique for each HKC but few observations being shared with others.

After touting possible Dynamis currency in the announcement, SE apparently made Mobline Comedy the only one to drop Dynamis currency in the direct pool (and alexandrite for me personally and possibly heavy metal)

The good news is, with this login campaign you can spend 30 points for a KC/HCS.

Well yeah but we only have 100 points right now so you'll only be able to get 5 KC/HKC doing that per character only really getting 1 maybe 2 extra

Ignore chest and just exit with everyone if you have some friends/mules. Do nexus cape chain. Other than that you are pretty much.. *drumroll* BONED hur hur
