Thought it sucked until we found out it was fake. Then the feels, oh god the feels. Just as good as when Robin found out she can't have kids.

Funny hearing Marvin becomes 6'7. And even though I knew they wouldn't show the mother, holy fuck I kept waiting for it at the end there.

.. if after this episode alone, we don't meet the mother in the season finale. I will punch the nearest living object if the mother isn't revealed until the fall.

Also, the "look around Ted, you're all alone." twist... serious feels came crushing in at that point. I'm anxious to see how they pull off the rest of the series.

Agreed on the whole running to her place. That last scene made absolutely no sense.
A Capella ted/barney were awesome though.
