I tried all the links but they all say the file is no longer available, or is it just my connection?

One of them it says wrong IP or something, probably my connection I guess

The latest archive in this thread strictly contains DATs from the update mentioned herein, so you may use that instead.

Ok, yeah I saw your thread before this one and read the last thing you posted stating that the files were more for a complete re-install rather than just updating.
I just read the first page where you give the link for the September update, for some reason everytime I try to let playonline update it times out at 2% on the patch.txt file.

My advice would be to delete the offending files before making another attempt to update. From my experience, the files I did not include(patch.txt and so forth) that are updated sometimes cause issues. So I've opted to keep them out of the patches. The upside is that they're very small and should take no more than a couple minutes to complete.

I truly do need to take a day and troubleshoot this, not to mention the other problems mentioned by various people trying to patch.

I just have to actually find that magical free day, first.
