It does it at 25% for sure. I supposed more happen if you are too slow (after that it did his normal moves but seemed to hit harder). Also more info for 1 handed DDs, I parsed a run on the test server with RCB. The guy is eating foucs and impetus just so you know. I was at about 85% accuracy with basic dynamis gear, so toss you your nyzlulz gear and equip AF3+2 body/ ocelmoeh+1 head/ melee +2 gloves.
Considering I made it past beastruction on the test server with MNK+SCH, yes, but you'll want good boons.

Is it possible to grav the monkey and just kite him after that move? How large is the Beastruction AoE? Were your mages hit?
It's easy to kite he keeps trying to do his tp moves. Also keep in mind that your mages if positionned correctly can be in casting range and out of beastruction range.

At 25%, mobs use TP at 100%, so he probably gains access at that point and uses the move due to TP over 100%.
thereis no reason to stun anything but this, you don't need cure until this point too, just stona and erases
Actually I was wrong, just went through my logger file and it did only use Beastruction once. Can't tell what % it used it
So just save ES stun for 25%?
Curing after erasing HP down might be a good idea
Only used beastruction for us once (although I had d/c when he used it.) Wasn't too bad of a fight at all. Resisted some stuns. We went in with HP+ boon, Refresh, Regain, r.acc, Bonus to spoils.

This was the damage taken from when I was there (I missed beastruction as a d/c.)
A mixture of damage was taken while wearing standard TP sets and PDT sets at times. Damage taken is rather low and easily manageable overall.
Terror is pretty annoying (5-15 seconds~,) but should be a fairly easy fight for most people.
More info we did a second run today, dropped 2 items without bonus to spoil (th6 or 7).
Orunmila's torque+kokou's earring, and hi-ether+1.
It did beastruction at 30% exactly (I said previously 25% so this need to be checked). KI disappear when you buy them and reappear after the fight. Not sure if they don't reappear if you fail (that would be lulz).
At this point it's safe to say that boons are useless unless you are really poor.
Oh, and you get 2,500 RM with 6 which is neat.
I'm thinking the "Bonus to spoil" would give the items that can be bought when you clear all missions with goal 3, since the cape has been said to drop from the boss.
