The marathon isn't over yet, but I'm now relocating. Before I do, I have this to announce: our PUG was a resounding success. Really, besides the occasional minor hiccup, it went more smoothly than you would expect a PUG to go.
However, one thing did happen that amused everyone involved.

The marathon is over, and I crossed the finish line with over twice the amount of donations I hoped for. Thanks go out to everyone who played a part. It was an enjoyable event, and I hope to continue participating on a yearly basis.
As for the raffle result, I wanted to ensure that everyone could see the selection being made, but I had to be economical about it, too. The best option was to download a piece of software that simulates selecting a name from a hat, which I was able to easily record on my desktop.

Congrats! The whole event has been pretty amazing, another gaming outlet and youtube channel full of people ran a 24-hour stream of games and guests and managed to collect about $4200 over the period. Just really, really impressed with how well everyone did.
