I thought about this for a long time before posting, and personally I wouldn't recommend it. While no employer should care if you did a porn flick, sadly, that's not the world we live in. I've seen and heard of people being "let go" or whatever term you want to tag to it for less controversial issues, and I would hate to see all the hard work and time required for med school to be taken away from you for some quick cash. As much as I would personally have no issues hiring someone who was in a porn, I won't be the person hiring you and there are plenty of close-minded people that would take issue with it.
