So I'm trying to unlock smn on mules and having some problems. Some of the weather don't seem to work. Like I've zoned into many zones with no weather and no clear weather clear. And gone back and forth into qufim/delkfutt's tower with thunder up and no credit. This is for 2 characters. Any ideas?

Edit: well just got clear weather but thunder still refuses

For some reason, Qufim doesn't count.

Outdoor, enemy-populated areas, that have the weather elements but will not react to the quest: Qufim Island, Lufaise Meadows, Attohwa Chasm, Misareaux Coast, Ranguemont Pass, Ship bound for Selbina

This is probably a pretty stupid question, so sorry in advance. I don't actually play DDs, but I have my THF mule and my husband's character (Amano SAM, Vere MNK) and was thinking of buying them NNI gear. I use the THF for Salvage and my husband's character for VW runs and occasionally killing stuff faster in Abyssea. With the addition of Neo-Salvage, what NNI should I be buying and what has been outclassed? Also, what order should I get the NNI pieces?

Victory Base = 96/1024
+4 = 16/1024 * 4 = 64/1024
Marcato = 1.5*(160/1024) = 240/1024, 23.4% haste

So I accidentally noticed something significant then? For the record I was using Owleyes and no dex gear, so probably like high 70s dex. I wasn't precisely trying to test it, I just noticed they have slightly more than the 40 damage non-crit I do, so I started popping sneak attacks to 1 shot them.

I started with lolperle and ah junk with old rings/earrings and progressively upped my gear with the money i made. EP in dynamis are pretty easy.

I've been having this problem since before the update. I assumed I had tried to update while sandboxed, so I did a clean install from scratch. It was fine, then after the update it started happening again and I assumed it had to do with blinkmenot, so I started unloading it before muling and it was fine, but then it started happening again. Sometimes it happens when I pull up a fish too. Aggravating, but no idea at this point. It only happens like once or twice a day, so it's rare, but still annoying.

Start with pearl.
-Get -pet phy axes.
-Magic def axes(not really needed just saves money lol)
-Add on helm with -10% if not used for something else already.
-Af3 pants
-relic hands/feet+2 not need but very nice upgrades.
-reward gear set for outside aby. Some might fight with me on this but I weaken my reward set in the aby. I get my zeta down to about 1600, anything higher I feel is a waste with DG up and really can be downright a danger as it takes you pet out of DG. Giving some nm the power to one shot my pet. I learned this on a glvoid pop. My reward was taking my pet from 20%to 80.+ he poped Disgorge and raped my pet. next weakened my reward and it stayed in -85% dmg at all times

Then take it from there. Lots of dd gear you have on other jobs might help. Epons ring and rajas comes to mind.

But ya once you have the items above its just upgrades from there to kill faster. As much as I take pride in my gear sets(can't fit everything in my inventory) most is just extra to speed things up.

SMN with a decent -perp set can do it, so I don't see why BST wouldn't be able to.
