I don't know jack shit about SAM, but would soboro be nearly equivalent for skill up purposes?

Go in aby and use Atma of Hell's Guardian for Soboro + 100%% Zanshin!

Also re: mob IDs. Assuming you want to track the PH, you can use POLUtils to find the ID of the PH (and rename it). The PH is almost always (or always?) the mob above the NM in the zone dat list.

Edit: Oh, and the guy about thunder macc trials. Manifestation Absorb-MND is only good if you have a friend/2box who can AoE them after obviously as you can't Manifestation nukes. My mule only has Nin+Whm so I went Sch/blm+Nin in abyssea, cast Choke on very mob then killed them individually with the Nin. Took no time at all (and with blue boxes you can keep up embrava fulltime on the DD)

Anyone have a basic script or something to spam singing/string/wind for skill ups? I remember reading spamming something on dolphins in sea was a fast method. Thanks, PM is ok too.

Didn't specify what he has alternatively though. For instance, if you build azure, you can Fell Cleave + Manifestation Abs using DRK.

Exactly. Which is why I gave another non-AoE method in case he didn't have access to an AoE method. AoE methods, such as what you both suggested are already obvious.

Killing them individually with a melee (whilst applying shock) doesn't take overly long though. Not saying it's better, never have, never will, just offering other options because as you mentioned: we don't know what jobs he has.

Anyone happen to know of a recent table or whatever of exp caps for campaign? Trying to figure out exactly when to reup tags and shit.

Total cap is your minute cap*15

Minute cap is 600 for Medal of Altana, -30(? not exactly sure, been altana forever) for every medal below that. Minute cap is also adjusted by level, but that won't change when you want to turn in unless you're too low to hit your minute caps effectively.

Basically

If you're lvl99 and blasting campaign for AN/Rankups, turn in every 15mins on the dot. You may not need to fight for a full 15, but waiting beyond 15 never does anything (unless, you show up way early and haven't fought at all by the 15m mark)

If you're in the low 50's, you may want to turn in at 10min marks. You'll hit category caps for things like swings very early, but won't be able to fill out damage dealt, taken, crits, etc to cover the full time.

Is there a good way to lvl up smning magic? I tried the looping thing takes forever. I'm trying blood pacts against abyssea mobs right now. Like 1/4 at 180 skill. But on such a long recast that puts it barely better than just summoning. Especially since I have to be here and all. Mind you I haven't geared up so spamming bps outside of abyssea will be difficult to say the least
