Engage it and kill it as Whm Thf after having pulled it to one of the 2 safe spots. Break shields with magic WS and holy/banish

I remember reading a while back the SE added a payment feature where you can add a credit card and have your monthly fee charged automatically. Basically made it to how it was back in the day before all this Click and buy bullshit happened. How do you set that up?

For NNI, what mob should I use in my spreadsheet to determine best set up. With Haste/Embrava I'm getting different sets than normally, and was just using DCDyna and Pil for now, for climbing and boss respectively.

I think the problem with lowmanning Arch-Diabolos in particular is that you get 1 of 4 types at random and they all require a different strategy. I think universally, an army of SMNs can beat all 4, but if you bring non-pet jobs, the setup you bring may not work at all. 2 take extremely reduced physical damage (and they like to spam the Diabolos Phalanx move on top of it). 2 take normal physical, but spam debuffs. In one case, one of them just loves the aoe terror+I-steal-your-stats that goes through perfect defense, so the more melee you have the harder it becomes to kill it.

Our linkshell has killed it with 14 or 15 using a non-perfect defense strategy (Umbra, Somnus), if you have more SMNs then you can probably do with less. We bring like 5 SMNs just in case, a few melee (3 or 4, 1 is a thf), a relic rng, the remainder are mages to heal people. It doesn't work on all 4, so we let go of the ones we don't want to fight, like Nox. Letum can be melee burned, but I'd recommend using PD if you're going to try. It takes physical damage, but it also deals a lot of aoe damage at the same time, with the tp feed of a zerg on it, usually faster than can be cured.

Given the following three characters:
(1) BST, THF, DNC, NIN available
(2) BST, THF, RDM, NIN available
(3) WAR, WHM, BLU, SCH, BRD available
What's the most efficient arrangement of these three to farm dreamworld Dynamis?
Additionally, the other two are hoping to take one of us in subless for a shot at 100 pieces - while feasible, is this wise? Recommended? We were thinking BST/BST/subless WHM for Dia spam, or BST/BLU/subless DNC. Which of these (if either) is superior? Is there an obvious winning combination of these I'm missing?

I would try this combination first:
BST/DNC, THF/DNC, WHM/DNC

You all need Dancer subjob.

I would go with BST/DNC THF/DNC BLU/DNC, assuming all are adequately geared. Is not worth going without a subjob.

Re: Random Question Thread: Fuck it.

I'd go with the DNC no sub. They're self sufficient and proc machines. Then prolly Thf and Blu

Generally counterproductive to go without a subjob, you will lose more currency than you gain from lucky white procs.

So not exactly ffxi related... but trying to post something and it looks fine when I hit post but then when it goes up the spacing goes all crazy. Like for example there are litterally a full line of spaces after the word litterally typed in but it's not showing up when I post. So how do I make the spacing show up right?

Typically on forums multiple spaces will get compressed into one. Use

tags without the spaces to keep all spaces in place.

Brd/dnc + Thf/dnc and whatever the other persons strongest DD is with /dnc. Having capped haste whenever oynos procs is going to add far more than pet damage.

Bhaflau should be considerably better if you kill everything on f3.

28 Guarenteed singles but realistically its going to be 35+.

9 chances at cotton purses, NMs are 10%ish drop rate on them, not sure about the regular acroliths.

100% on linen purse with a 10%ish chance on a second

Zhayolm is best by far, I think:
19 chances at cotton (9 singles + 4 acro + 6 NM)
100%/10% linen
14 triple gears (5 each from the 2 corner ramparts if you let them spit out) + 2 ramp on F6 guaranteed 1 each, 9 singles on F4 guaranteed 1 each, few more triples from Mamool rampart if you feel like farming extra there too.

Average Zhay should be 2 cotton, 1 linen, 30~35 single. Average Bhaf would be similar but only one cotton.

Forgot gears could drop them there, Zhay will be better then (albeit harder if you have had any trouble with hydra)

That seems like a pretty daunting task for a trio group to pull off?
