Okay, I'm pretty sure Helix also works but it doesn't Manifestation. It doesn't really matter what you use if you're solo, but if you're in a group nothing is going to beat Enervation (huge AoE, MDef down) + -aja spam. You only have a ~30 second window after Enervation lands to kill the monsters, but that's not an issue if you have ~3 BLMs -aja-ing. Honestly, if you just shout before you start the trials you can probably find people to do it with you. We finished most the thunder-status killing trials in about 4 hours.

Absorb-MND is supposed to be a thunder debuff as well (despite the casting icon representing dark) and can be manifestationed.

For what? RNG? Pulling/skillup? Damage? For RNG damage, it'd be Moros Crossbow from WoE (or the AH, if someone's selling). For RNG pulling/skill-up, Fluid Crossbow (Whiro, the eft NM in Abyssea - Attohwa) if you want something new-ish, but Repeating/Machine Crossbow is still lowest delay. For jobs other than RNG there are extremely limited options past 75. In fact, the only one might be Darkwing/+1.

If those still function for you, then great. I would recommend using XI-Util and it's Send plugin. It's actually being maintained, while I don't believe the others options are.

You're looking for Maze Voucher 08, Aquatic Depopulation Team. Each duplicated maze has 5 charges and you cannot have multiple copies. I don't know about the runes.
