Do nuggets (I think Gold/Platinum/Silver?) then.
I may have asked already but I don’t remember the answer (my apologizes)
With what I have, what would be the ideal for brewing multiple Draguas?
Jobs I have are…War/Mnk/Nin/Bst/Pup/Thf/Smn/Blm/Whm
Last night I was soloing building Amber as Pup/rdm. Got Amber in the upper 100s (if not capped) and was able to get 3 others to hold KIs.
Started on Draguas and it was taking me 4 WS per/Dragua using A.Edge. I was using Gales/Ultimate/Smiting Blow atmas.
I was thinking next time I’ll try Mnk with cata (Cosmos/Ultimate/Smiting blow)? I have a Carbuncle pole and if it stacks with Smiting blow, that would mean a constant 300tp/WS correct?
Looking to be able to drop 5 or 6 Draguas if possible. I’ve heard of Cors killing up to 8 but wildfire is pretty crazy.
Goading belt is not affected by blue stagger, right?
And since I'm talking about BST, any recommendations for merits? I know Reward should be capped, but what about the rest of G1 and G2?
You have some choices here really. For group one I did call beast and reward recasts. You could argue for sic recast or even killer effects situationally.
Group 2 I did one in feral howl although I never use it, four in killer instinct which is somewhat useful with the right jug pets along, and 5 in beast healer. A lot of bsts merit beast affinity, but this really only is useful for the sheep and merited af2+2 hands, and I find the bunny much more useful in practice versus the sheep with a relatively equal cost.
yeah i went like 1/6 with blue on mine also.
Presto Julio has a sleepga that I think lasts longer and only takes 1 charge instead of 2. Doesn't cap at 99 either but gets a bit closer. Very potent slow ability too. The para move seems strong but I didn't test it too much. That said I'd argue that sleepga is actually bad for dynamis TEs. You waste more time trying to kill those mobs then just running and waiting for call beast if it isn't up.
But yeah like others have said beast healer and reward recast are definite.
G1 it's going to be call beast or sic. If you do harder solos then you might need call beast. I'd judge that by how often you use it and it isn't up though with proper geared and reward sets with beast healer/-reward recast it usually isn't needed. Sic will never really add much dmg but the debuffs may be useful and I find myself always getting tp before they back up so nice for dynamis procs.
G2 it's kinda all crap really. Beast affinity as mention is useless unless you using lower lvl pets and the occasions where you'd do that are rare. And even then doesn't merit more thana couple of points into it. Feral howl would be great... if it's recast wasn't so long. Compare it to having to use merits to get a less accurate "bash" ja. Killer Instinct's effect is positively amazing (assuming you planned for it with the right jugs).... so much so that SE made it not work on say all dynamis mobs and reduced efficiency on alot of nms it seems. Though pretty awesome for doing trials or random epeen lol
Choosing augments on moonshade for my mule, refresh is a given though I am stuck on the second augment. Taru race so lots of MP, which has me considering magic accuracy, but I want to make sure it's a good combination. Any thoughts?
the 2nd augment won't matter 99% of the time, but i'd do either macc or HP. (did macc on mine, but have never used it as a macc piece)
I considered HP, but my thought was that it's small and not as significant as 25MP. Also, macc on an earring is hard to find.
Generally max mp doesn't matter that much and unless you spellcast around it you will lose the mp when you maccro it out. On the other hand if you maccro out the earring you will lose the hp anyways unless you are already wearing more hp and then macro out in right order. So yeah macc is probably your best bet.
I'd say HP - any losses on macro out are countered by hp rising as dark rings go out as well.
Been messing with my spellcast recently and I want to clean up all the indentations so its laid out nice and cleanly, is there a way to do this in Notepad++ or by some other method than combing through it manually?
