Lvl. Caps for pets are base lvl + merits. Then they are randomized based off your gear(af2+2hands will make all UNcapped pets 99.)

Up in arms has been pretty easy solo for rdm since /sch came out. Usually only going to get 60k in npcables + win but who knows maybe you too can waste a few thousands seals for no kclub lol

As far as I'm aware, coins only load to chests.

Is there a way to have, say, two POL's installed? Basically I'm trying to get around the 4 character limit. I don't mind logging in as a guest, but the fact that all of my settings reverse (fuck that 20minute timeout shit) is really annoying.

Just asking this has given me some ideas... time for work!

I can answer this in a not-so-helpful way by saying that I do remember someone explaining it to be possible (and they did it for the same reason), but I don't remember the method. I think it involved some registry manipulation.

Copy and paste my POL folder, named it PlayOnline2

Then I can manipulate the registry that points to the POL folder, to change between 1 and 2. This seems to be working so far. Not sure if it'll cause any problems when I try running them all. Testing time, I guess?

I want the gun, but with the WoE chest only drop and the last 2 stages being so expensive, I will just try to make the emp gun
But soloing 100 items for the 85 version is so boring, I have 5 gems from soloing the nm on bst but farming without real red proc takes so long and I dont want to farm 2 KI on war then warp change to bst again etc, I just boring/slow/long to solo,
thats why thought about the WoE version, but now with our help, I found out that the WoE version is even worse to get lol

Got it working! For anyone who may be interested:

I tried copy and pasting my US POL to a new location, copy and pasting my US registry and renaming them to EU, and attempting to run it while pointing to the new POL but old everything else. Didn't work for some reason.

I downloaded the EU Windows7 POL, installed it. Registry looked ok (POL and Tetra pointing to EU, everything else still same as default from what I originally had)

I then copy and pasted my US POL files on top of it. Not sure if this was necessary? I'm actually not fully sure what this accomplished. POL still "seems" semi-Euro, like it has links to the EU website on it, but the version at the top said it was US. Whatever. As long as it doesn't fuck up my FFXI core install, that's all that matters. Added my mule accounts on here, and logged in, and then went ahead to ffxi and had 0 issues.

Now, if I launch windower with it set to US, it loads up my main POL w/ main accounts. If I change it to EU, it loads up my "EU" POL w/ mule accounts. Logged on my main, logged on my mule, controller is working as expected, loaded xi-util and send still works to send commands from one to the other. I went ahead and created some symlinks so that they would share the same plugins/logs/screenshots/etc folders.

Great success.

Gun is worth it just for the ws since and keeping at 90. Idk axe just for shits and giggles brewing?
