Crying about having to do your job. Your job was to follow orders. You instead, tried deflecting and justifying yourself on facebook. You were on facebook, despite the fact that you clearly had trouble keeping up with your work. You got caught. You got written up. You're here crying/trying to make yourself feel better about it.

That said you probably hurt the chicks feelings, but I am willing to bet she does not give a fuck since she got you written up. Your calling her fat trash on facebook has no real impact on her life, you getting written up could have an actual impact on your life.

I wasn't crying about doing my job, I was crying about doing everyone's job because nobody else has basic competencies here. Also, nobody outside of me and the CFO knows I was actually reprimanded. I keep up with my work, and I have a staggeringly larger share of work than anybody else here. What I did do wrong was venting on fb, that was actually very hypocritical of me because I generally know and say it's a dumb thing to do.
