Deb has gone from wanting to arrest Dexter for murder to asking for him to kill on behalf of the greater good. I foresee Deb wanting to learn more about Dexter’s code and eventually a changing of the guard. With the start of Dexter wavering from his code, this will be his eventual demise.
How is this for a twist, series finally is Dexter on Deb’s table.
Week or so late but my god I was disappointed with how they took out Isaac, guy was such a badass and he died in such a bitch way.
I don't feel like this episode was "filler" at all. I like getting more info on Hannah's past and seeing what Dex will do for her, and the realization that the Dark Passenger didn't exist or was an excuse for his actions is pretty big. Maybe it was forced, maybe not. It definitely wasn't filler though.
It says a lot that I hate the character of Bobby on Supernatural, but I still loved seeing Jim Beaver.
Anyway, I feel like this is the second season in a row that they fucked up by killing off one of the better guest stars way too early. First Brother Sam, now Issak. Would have loved for both to stick around longer. Especially since Jimmy Smits was around in season 3 for what felt like forever. And the less said about Miss "Pardon mah tits" the better.
I hate Bobby because when he showed up the boys just turned to him for help constantly instead of investigating shit on their own, like they did in earlier episodes. He became a crutch. And don't even get me started on his storyline last season. Ugh.
And back on topic, Captain Matthews has been pretty awesome this season. "This is the kind of place you take prostitutes and ugly broads so that no one can see them."
Spoken like a man who knows.
I watched this again last night wondering the same thing. Dex did something with his eyes. Jonas says right in the beginning something like "What's this, I can't see you"
I thought maybe Dex sprayed kerosene on him but I don't know.
that being said... he could describe the whole thing, including the conversation, wrapped in plastic and Dex's voice with out his eyes.
You and me both brodon.
I predict Deb tilts even further over the edge and frames Hannah. Seeing Dex continues to stand his ground for her, Deb plants poison or even flat out poisons herself to make Dex turn on Hannah.
I thought the room was filled with smoke supposedly so Jonas couldn't see?
Deb kills herself with poison, then dexter kills hannah, thinking she killed Deb.
When he finds out what happened, he kills himself.
How Shakespearean.
Oh wow... shit is finally getting real.
