Either way I still think this guy Loius is full of shit, and there is more to him. He basically just walked in and gloated right in front of Dexter in his own place after nearly getting his neck broken, showing he isn't intimidated.

I think a lot of questions are going to come up regarding the conclusion of the Travis Marshall case.

Well, in the pilot Dex does make a good point how no cops (other than Doakes) are able to read his fucked-up-ness at all. I'd be pretty embarrassed if I was a cop and my own brother was a serial killer for 10+ years. That shit just looks bad lol

I think it's far more likely he's either a killer himself and recognizes the traits, or that he's related to someone Dexter has killed and has tracked him down.

Because he's the hot shot blood guy in a major metropolitan police department. He knows what police look for. In turn, he could've easily looked at the game and been like, "Yeah, you'd be caught in no time..." even if didn't piss on the concept. Additionally, I can see him not wanting to teach some random joe how to get away with murder. At least Lumen had a reason, for as much as people want to rag on S5.
